Looking to relax and recharge? Come experience the soothing vibes of a sound bath in person. It’s a chill way to unwind, meditate, and connect with good energy. Perfect for all levels, no experience needed! Bring a mat or blanket, get comfy, and let the sounds wash over you. Don’t miss out on this community gathering.
Although the event is free, signing up lets us know how many goddie bags and treats to provide as well as guest turnout.
To enhance this experience please bring:
- a yoga mat, blanket & pillows.
- Water to keep hydrated.
- A journal to write about your experience.
- comfortable clothing.
Parking and Meet up Spot
This is in a residential area, the park is on the corner of
Twinkle Ave S & E Pollock St
You can find parking in the neighborhood, most of it is free. Just be mindfull of any signs that say permit parking. Please be courteous of residence.
