Meet us in the courtyard in front of Senn High school to share a moment of community and peace.
These outdoor sessions are designed as a space to pause, settle the nervous system, and experience sound in a calm, supportive environment. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments create a layered soundscape that encourages deep rest, reflection, and presence.
Community sound baths are made possible through , an initiative created to make wellness experiences more accessible and safer for everyone. The program is supported by private sessions, partnerships, and voluntary community contributions, allowing these gatherings to be offered freely or at a sliding scale.
Whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned vibe rider you’re welcome to join. No experience is necessary, just bring something comfortable to sit or lie on and come as you are.
