Join us at The Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice HQ, or online via Zoom, for our FREE Community Mental Health Support Group the first Saturday of each month from 1-2pm! *note the revised time*We are offering a virtual AND in-person space where folks can seek support and guidance on how to care for their mental health in a society that is seemingly and progressively working against emotional wellness. Join us for this peer-led support group in our dedicated Safe-Space where we will use our lived experiences as a jumping off point to share, reflect and process together. Whether you’ve been struggling with mental health or you just want some like-minded people to talk to, we invite you to join us in person or virtually for connection, camaraderie, and community! No sign-ups are necessary, and anyone 14+ is welcome to join.
