Kids (ages 7-14): 4:30-5:30 PM
Women (ages 14+): 5:30-6:30 PM
Have you ever wondered what you or your child should do if someone tried to hurt them?
What steps can be taken to stay safe?
Every month, we’ll explore some of the most common ways people get assaulted and how they can defend themselves in those situations. Participants will learn valuable safety & awareness skills, build strength & confidence, and get hands-on practice with simple but effective self-defense techniques!
Classes are designed for beginners and no uniform is required!
This is a drop-in class, BUT we do need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian on file before kids can participate.
