They grow up so fast! The @Ship2ShoreFl show is turning ONE and we want to celebrate with all of YOU!
This monthly production was created by local comedian and producer Eli Rodriguez (aka @LaughWithEli) with the intention of bringing audiences together to enjoy a night of laughter with some of South Florida’s funniest rising comics, along with special guests who may pop in from time to time. While some of these comedians are starting to build their resume, the majority can be seen and heard on Sirius XM, Comedy Central, HBO, Netflix and more!
Eli did her first stand-up set in 2007 at the original Miami Improv in Coconut Grove, but she has been delighting audiences and sharpening her comedic axe since she was a little girl. Eli also spent over 20 years gaining invaluable experience in the corporate world while keeping a few toes dipped in the comedy pool. She’s opened for Aida Rodriguez, Jessica Kirson, Bert Kreischer, D.L. Hughley, Iliza Schlesinger, Nikki Glaser, Alex Reymundo, Robert Kelly, and Mark Normand….to name a few!
In addition to a great night of stand-up comedy, Eli also partners with local businesses to provide guests with a unique shopping experience. And to further show her support for the small business community, the show’s VIP ticket holders will also enjoy a SWAG bag full of goodies from local businesses! VIP space is extremely limited so don’t delay.
And with the holidays around the corner, Eli has also partnered with Kids in Distress (KID), a nationally accredited organization dedicated to preventing child abuse, preserving families, and treating children who have been abused and neglected. Eli is no stranger to KID, as she has helped lead the charge for many successful corporate fundraisers in previous years. This year Eli, together with KID, will be hosting a virtual Amazon toy drive, collecting donations, and there will be a 50/50 raffle the day of the event!
