New class alert. Core Express is a 45-minute hot core flow with Maggie, every Wednesday at 8am at Village Yoga in Tequesta.

Expect a fun, sweaty core flow in a room heated to 90 degrees. Short enough to fit before work, strong enough that you’ll feel it tomorrow.
