Every child deserves to feel safe, confident, and prepared to handle difficult situations.
Join Aspire Martial Arts for our FREE Bully Awareness Workshop, a fun and interactive community event designed to teach children practical skills they can use at school, with friends, and in everyday life.
Instead of simply telling kids to “ignore it” or “walk away,” we’ll help them understand what bullying looks like, what they can say, what they can do, and when they should ask for help.
During the workshop, children will learn:
- How to recognize bullying and unsafe situations
- The difference between teasing, conflict, and bullying
- How to use confident body language and a strong voice
- Simple verbal boundary-setting skills
- What to say when someone crosses a boundary
- When to walk away and when to get help
- How to stand up for themselves without becoming aggressive
- How to safely support someone else who is being bullied
- Simple personal-safety and self-defense strategies
- Confidence, awareness, respect, and leadership

This workshop is designed to be FUN, INTERACTIVE, EDUCATIONAL & CONFIDENCE-BUILDING.

No martial arts experience is required.
