About this Event
Free Boxing for Survivors — Move. Release. Connect. 🥊
Fight Forward is creating a safe, supportive space for women who have experienced domestic abuse or trauma to experience the power of boxing, movement and community.
Whether your experience was recent or many years ago, you are welcome here.
These free, women-only boxing sessions are designed to help you move your body, release stress, build confidence and connect with other women in an environment where you don’t have to explain yourself.
You do not need to share your story.
You don’t need to tell us what happened, when it happened or why you’re here. Just turn up as you are.
Our sessions are led by experienced, trauma-informed boxing coaches and are suitable for complete beginners. No boxing experience and no particular level of fitness is required.
