About this Event
Our barrel-aged beers are some of the most complex projects we brew at Aeronaut, both in terms of flavor and labor. Each one tells a unique story of ingredients and process. Don't miss this opportunity to sample four of these unique beers and learn about how they were crafted from the Aeronaut brewers at our FREE Bottle Tasting on Thursday, November 19 at 7pm.
The collection of beers featured at this event will be curated to highlight holiday meal pairing suggestions and gifting opportunities:
Nearfield - A grisette aged in California Zinfandel and Chardonnay wine barrels, then hopped with New Zealand Motueka and Nelson Sauvin
Petite Rosette - A blend of saisons aged in French wine barrels and fruited with ancient vine Zinfandel grapes from California
Lavender Lark - A saison aged in French Zinfandel barrels and Hungarian Chardonnay barrels, with added lavender, chamomile, mugwort, lemon peel and honey
Double Crossover - A smoked Baltic porter aged in American whiskey and single malt rye barrels, featuring Indonesian cacao nibs sourced by Somerville Chocolate
Registration for this event is limited to 20 participants, and an RSVP is required to attend. Registered attendees will be able to purchase bottles to-go after the event at a 10% discount. Light, palate-cleansing snacks will be provided.
