Join us on Thursday November 12, 11-11:45 am, at Lancerlot Sports Complex, for a F-R-E-E Babywearing Workout Class! Class will take place in The Studio on the 2nd floor.
After class, please join us on the 3rd floor, at Prestige Gymnastics Academy for our first ever 'Coffee & Crib Chats' session. Here we'll treat our mamas to free coffee, and spend some time chatting about our favorite subjects, babies & motherhood. (11:45 am-12:45 pm)
A FULL SESSION OF BABYWEARING CLASSES WILL BE KICKING OFF IN JANUARY, but you can join us for A FREE POP UP CLASS on November 12, as we hope to spark interest in our community and gain your feedback.
Postpartum is hard. It can feel isolating, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain lonely. Between caring for a new baby, adjusting to life as a mom, and trying to find time for yourself, getting out of the house, let alone getting a workout in, can feel like a challenge.
Our gym owner, Kaleigh Duffy, knows the feeling all too well, as she just welcomed a new baby herself.
That's why your friends at Prestige Gymnastics are partnering with Lancerlot Sports Complex to bring **Babywearing Fitness** to Vinton!
We want to create more than just a workout. We want to create a space where moms can get out of the house, move their bodies, build strength, meet other moms, and form genuine connections, all without the stress of finding a babysitter.
We'll combine cardio and strength training with weights in a safe, babywearing-friendly environment... so you can bring your little one along for the fun!
And while you're getting your sweat on, your baby gets to enjoy the movement, music, and time with you. (We suggest a STRUCTURED carrier for class!)
Our hope is that this class helps moms feel stronger, more confident, and a little less alone...because motherhood is a lot easier when you have a community cheering you on.
