About this Event
Hosted by ESTEEM Youth & Family Resources, Inc.
ESTEEM Youth & Family Resources, Inc. invites you to a special community screening of The Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot — a powerful film that tells the true story of a small church in Possum Trot, Texas. Led by their pastor and his wife, this congregation stepped forward in faith to foster and adopt children in their local foster care system, transforming lives and inspiring a national movement of compassion.
This event is held in honor of Stand Sunday, a globally recognized day calling Christ‑followers, leaders, and communities to see, support, and stand with vulnerable children and families impacted by foster care.
Join us for this free community movie night and discover practical, meaningful ways you can help improve the lives of children and families affected by foster care. Whether through prayer, mentorship, fostering, adoption, or community support, every person can make a difference.
We look forward to welcoming you, sharing this inspiring story, and exploring how together we can bring hope, healing, and stability to the youth in our community.
