Adjusting to Parenthood
Available for NYC residents ONLY.

This workshop guides soon-to-be and new parents on how becoming a parent reshapes relationships, identity, routines, and their sense of self. It will provide tools, including:
- Communication strategies with partner/support system.
- Balancing responsibilities.
- Managing fatigue.
- Honoring emotional needs.
Participants will learn how to:
- Navigate relationships
- Navigate changes that come with a new baby
- Prepare for postpartum
