Adjusting to Parenthood

Available for NYC residents ONLY.

(Residency will be confirmed by program)

In-person

This workshop guides soon-to-be and new parents on how becoming a parent reshapes relationships, identity, routines, and their sense of self. It will provide tools, including:

Communication strategies with partner/support system.
Balancing responsibilities.
Managing fatigue.
Honoring emotional needs.

Participants will learn how to:

Navigate relationships
Navigate changes that come with a new baby
Prepare for postpartum
