No experience. No fancy skills. No worrying about keeping up, no long-term commitment.
Everyone in this class is starting at the beginning.
Ballet is about so much more than learning to dance. As children grow, dance can help build confidence, coordination, strength, focus, and friendships—all while giving them a creative way to move and express themselves. Research and dance educators also point to benefits for balance, body awareness, memory, and self-esteem.
