About this Event
Curious about improv—but not sure it’s “for you”? This free, friendly 90-minute workshop in downtown Portland ME is the perfect way to find out.
Through playful, low-pressure games and group activities, you’ll practice thinking on your feet, connecting with others, building confidence and getting out of your head—all while having a genuinely fun afternoon.
This workshop is designed for regular people, not just actors or performers. You don’t need to be clever, outgoing or “naturally funny.” You won’t be put on the spot in a high-pressure "gotcha" manner, and there’s nothing to prepare. Just come as you are and be ready to play.
• Build confidence and spontaneity
• Meet new people in a relaxed setting
• Strengthen communication and listening skills
• Laugh, play and try something refreshingly different
Beginners are absolutely welcome. No acting or stage experience is needed.
Space is limited—reserve your free spot today!
