About this Event
You're invited to our free 8-week mindfulness course this summer: a structured, supportive journey into the foundations of mindfulness through guided meditations, group discussion, and simple home practices to help you build lasting calm and everyday wellbeing.
This course is free and open to everyone in Greenwich. No prior experience needed. Spaces are limited - we recommend signing up soon.
A few things to know before signing up:
All 8 sessions take place on Fridays.
Places are only confirmed for those who have filled the pre-check questionnaire which I will send you once you reserve a spot
Participation to all 8 sessions is required
The first and last sessions run an extra 15 min
