Description:

This course focuses on the critical principles of food safety, including:

· The importance of personal hygiene for food handlers

· Keeping work areas clean and hygienic

· Protecting food products to ensure safety

Participants will gain essential knowledge to help maintain high standards of food safety in the workplace.

Important Details:

The course is free to attend but requires participants to:

· Provide valid ID

· Be aged 19 or over and living in Wales

· Non-UK citizens must supply their BRP/Visa card

· Participants must not be on an apprenticeship at the same time
