What to Expect
Each month, Chef Ranjan Dey and Dr. Nandita Dinesh invite you to gather around their table for an experience that merges food, storytelling, and celebration. Limited to just 10 guests, these evenings connect the recipes and narratives in Ranjan's memoir to the celebrations and events happening that month, transforming dining into conversation about how we mark time, tradition, and community through what we eat.
Over two hours, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully curated meal featuring one signature dish from Ranjan's memoir, Freakin' Deylicious. Each gathering is designed around the month's cultural moments, whether ushering in the holiday season in December or celebrating other seasonal milestones throughout the year. Nandita will guide the table through discussions that bring the chapter's themes to life, while Ranjan shares the personal and cultural narratives behind the food.
You'll leave with:

Investment: $100 per person
