It addresses different scenarios realtors may find themselves in and provide common-sense solutions to avoid them. The worth of meeting the client in person, via Zoom or Teams along with the importance of getting a copy of the photo ID before spending hours only to find out the ID is fraudulent. Examples will be provided of how to look for discrepancies in driver’s license and passports and where the realtor can report any suspicious activities.
