Are you an unpaid carer for a family member, friend or neighbour who is living with disability, mental illness or who is ageing and needs additional support?

Please join us for our FREE National Carers Week Connection Day

Date: Thursday 8th October 2026

Time: 11:00am - 1:30pm, Stay for full 2.5 hours or pop for a chat when you can:

• 11am Arrival. Go in the draw to win a door prize!
• 11:15am-11:30am Hear Support summaries from Carer Support Services
• 11:30am-12pm Chat to services, collect resources.
• 12pm Door Prize Draw
• 12pm -1:30pm Meet and connect with other local carers over free lunch
