We’ve been working in the background to bring you all the things you’ve been asking for: concerts, films, dance, art, genealogy, history and even the Irish language. (Not gonna lie, that last one is a weak spot for us. We’re working on it.)
We’re building community and reintroducing you to the heritage and culture your mamaw always told you was there.
And on November 16, we’re beginning with Frankie Gavin.
Born in Corrandulla, County Galway, Frankie is a founding member of the legendary De Dannan and one of the most celebrated musicians in Irish traditional music. His playing has carried him around the world for more than five decades, including collaborations with artists ranging from The Rolling Stones to Stéphane Grappelli.
This is exactly why Chattanooga Celtic Connection exists.
