In this class you will learn the ancient art from of Kinusaiga Fabric Painting. Fabric will be used as a design element to create a vibrant holiday design. You will also frame your artwork to complete your masterpiece. Kinusaiga is a traditional Japanese art from that translated to "silk picture". It is a stitch-free craft where you create detailed, textured, quilt-like pictures by tucking fabric scraps into carved or scored grooves on a base.
Space is limited. Deadline is November 10 unless it fills up sooner.

Cost is $58 which includes all materials to create your artwork and the 8 x 8 frame.
