Fragrance in Motion: A Journey Through Emotion | 25th March 6:30 pm

This immersive movement and fragrance workshop invites you to reconnect with your body through breath, scent, and intuitive movement. At the heart of the experience is anatomē’s collection of six Functional Fragrances, each designed to support a distinct emotional state, from grounding and calming to energising and uplifting.

Led by breathwork practitioner and long-time anatomē partner Kerry Flower, the session guides attendees through a series of breath-led movement explorations, each paired with a different fragrance. Through gentle, expressive movement, guests are invited to experience how each Parfum feels in the body and how scent can subtly influence emotional and physical response.

As the workshop unfolds, through intuitive movement and word-based prompts participants will move with each fragrance in turn, allowing time to sense, explore, and reflect. At the close of the session, guests are invited to choose the fragrance they feel most connected to, using it as a sensory anchor to support presence, intention, and embodied awareness.

This workshop involves movement, open conversation, and time for questions. Dress comfortably. All attendees will receive a complimentary fragrance to continue the experience beyond the workshop.

Attendees will have the chance to discover anatomē’s formulations for purchase.

The 60-minute session includes gentle movement, open conversation, and refreshments. All attendees will receive a complimentary scent.
