'Mon lads! Let's go...On Sunday 27th September 2026, men of all ages across Derry~Londonderry are lacing up for the Foyle Hospice Male Walk/Run.
Walk it, jog it or run it. The route is a flat, family-friendly 5k starting and finishing at Sainsbury's on the Strand Road, so it suits every age and every ability. There's no time limit and no pressure on pace... just good craic, fresh air and a whole lot of men out for a cause that matters.
Round up your da, your brothers, your sons, your mates and your workmates, and make a morning of it.
Every step helps keep specialist palliative care and counselling free for local families when they need it most.
