Join us in celebrating the ribbon cutting for our new work space - the Four Corners Center & COWROK!On September 14, the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce, Visit BG Ohio, the Downtown Bowling Green SID, Bowling Green Economic Development moved into an historic downtown Bowling Green building, marking an exciting new chapter for the community. Jenny Bowers explained that renovating the historic building gives the Four Corners a permanent home while creating a brand-new coworking space in a vibrant, modern setting.
Governor Mike DeWine shared his view that the move would make the Four Corners Center + COWORK an integral part of Bowling Green and spark job growth. The space offers private offices, cubicles, the Falcon and Bobcat Conference Rooms, and direct access to Four Corners staff for local professionals, startups, and branch units.
As Bowling Green Economic Development’s first-in-kind project, the effort represents an approximately $1.5 million investment in Downtown Bowling Green and restores a vacant building to meaningful use. Funding partners include the $487,000 JobsOhio Vibrant Communities Grant, a grant from Meta, and a rebate from Efficiency Smart.
