🏠 FOUNDING OPERATOR ROUNDTABLE: MEET THE OPERATORSEast Texas Shared Housing Network | Quarterly Operator Roundtable
If you operate shared housing in East Texas, here’s an opportunity to get to know other people doing the work!
Operating shared housing comes with real responsibilities, unexpected challenges, and plenty of lessons you don’t always see coming.
But how often do we actually get to sit down with other operators, compare experiences, and build relationships?
That’s exactly why we’re launching the East Texas Shared Housing Network Operator Roundtable.
🤝 WHAT WE’LL DISCUSS
✅ Who we are and the types of housing we operate
✅ Challenges and lessons we’ve encountered
✅ Resources and professional connections that have helped us
✅ What we’d like to see from our local operator community
✅ Opportunities to strengthen communication and collaboration
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Current shared-housing operators, housing owners and managers, and aspiring operators interested in connecting with the East Texas housing community.

For structured education on opening, filling, and operating shared housing, explore Open.Fill.Operate.™ Live by That Housing Lady, a separate educational series.
Whether you’ve operated housing for years or you’re just beginning to connect with the industry, we look forward to meeting you!
