When you're starting or growing a business, there's a lot to think about. Getting your finances in order isn't always top of the list, but getting things right early on can make a significant difference further down the line.
Join Nick Bryant, Grasp Accountants, and David Mutton from Evolve as we work through 10 things we think every business owner should have in place or, at the very least, understand.
We'll cover areas including managing cashflow, understanding your financial performance, tax considerations and planning ahead, drawing on our experience of working with businesses at different stages of growth.
The session will be informal, with plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.
The aim is simple: to help you identify anything you might be overlooking and leave with a few things you can put into action in your own business.
