Foundations of Oil Painting Workshop

Taught by local oil painter, Mireille Botros (@mireillebotrosart), this workshop is suitable for complete beginners and intermediate painters who are curious about painting with oils.

A course designed to simplify the process, build your confidence and demystify working with oils, introducing key techniques such as alla prima (wet on wet), layering, and glazing. You’ll learn how to use different tools to create a range of styles and discover how the unique qualities of oil paint can elevate your painting.

The session is taught at Studio Botros at Yarn Studios in Shipley, BD17 7DW.
