This four-week series is designed for anyone new to yoga or returning after time away. Each session blends foundational alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement in a supportive “workshop lab” setting where curiosity is encouraged. Instead of rushing through poses, you’ll have space to slow down, ask questions, and truly understand how yoga can fit your body — not the other way around.
Throughout the series, we break down essential postures, explore safe variations and prop use, and introduce simple meditation and relaxation techniques. You’ll learn how to breathe with intention, move with awareness, and build confidence one pose at a time. Each week focuses on a different theme, from standing strength to balance, mobility, backbends, twists, and gentle inversions — all taught in a way that feels accessible and empowering.
By the end of the workshop, students leave with greater clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to their own unique practice. Whether you’re building a foundation, refreshing your skills, or simply seeking a welcoming space to explore yoga in a more intentional way, this series offers the tools and understanding you need to step into your practice with ease.

Week 3 Foundations: Back Extensions, Twists, and Inversions
