This relaxed, drop‑in event is designed especially for Foundation Year students who want a gentle break.

Across the session, you’re welcome to join us for calming activities, quiet spaces, and the chance to meet others in your cohort in a low‑pressure environment. There’s no schedule to follow and nothing you need to prepare—just come as you are and stay for as long as you like.

The event will be held inside the Physics Museum, based in the G.O. Jones Building (1st Floor).

• Calm connection tables with light, friendly conversation prompts
• Fun card games you can dip in and out of
• Write & Release wall for anonymous reflection and feedback
• Relax with some snacks and refreshments

This is an open drop‑in session—join at any time and stay for as long or as little as you like.
