Found Footage Festival is coming to Benson Theatre! Joe Pickett and Nick Prueher (The Onion, The Late Show with David Letterman) have spent decades digging through thrift stores, garage sales, and estate cleanouts for the strangest VHS tapes ever made. Now they're bringing their latest finds to our stage, with live commentary and "where are they now" updates on the people in the videos.
It all started in 1991, when they found a McDonald's training video called Inside and Outside Custodial Duties. Since then, they've built one of the world's largest collections of strange, outrageous, and profoundly stupid VHS tapes, and sold out hundreds of shows across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
As seen on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and NPR.
