Foster carers open their hearts and homes to children who are unable to live with their birth families for a period of time. Every child’s circumstances are unique, and they come from a wide range of backgrounds.
Some children may stay with a foster carer for just a few days, while others remain for several years. Whatever the length of time, the care, stability and support provided by foster carers can have a lasting impact that stays with a child for life.
Come along to our fostering information stand at BH Live Active, The Quays on Thursday 26th November 2026 between 10am and 12 noon to find out more!
