Fostering Discovery Hour (in-person)

Fostering Discovery Hour is a relaxed information session for anyone curious about fostering with Southwark Council - whether you’re just starting to explore the idea or already have experience.

In this informal drop-in, you’ll hear directly from an experienced member of our fostering team, who will talk through what fostering really involves and what support is available along the way. We’ll share how fostering can make a lasting difference in young people’s lives, what makes a successful foster carer, and what it’s like to foster for Southwark.

There’s plenty of time to ask questions - big or small. This hour is simply about learning, listening, and deciding whether fostering could be right for you.
