Programme
The Trio consists of Elizabeth Peat (violin), Eliott Berdugo (clarinet), and Erica Sou (piano). Programme with works by Khachaturian, Shostakovich, and Bartók.
Artist Bio
The Elera Trio met at the Royal Academy of Music and began playing together in 2025. They have been fortunate to learn alongside Adrian Brendel, Florian Mitrea, Jim Sleigh and Maura Marinucci.
Macao pianist Erica Sou is currently studying under Colin Stone. She has recently been awarded first place in the London Overseas Musicians’ League and had the opportunity to perform Mozart Piano Concerto No.21 with the London City Philharmonic Orchestra. She was 1 runner up in the Cambridge International Piano Festival and was awarded multiple prizes at the Macao Young Musicians Competition. She has performed as a soloist and ensemble musician throughout the UK, Vienna, Macau, Zhuhai and Shenzhen.
French clarinettist Eliott Berdugo currently studies under Chris Richards and Chi-Yu Mo. He is supported by the Lord Jacob Rothschild Scholarship. He loves to perform in a wide variety of contexts and has had the opportunity to perform as a part of the Paris 2024 Olympics Games. Eliott has been invited to perform at the Festival
International des Arcs in France and the British Isles Music Festival. His orchestral playing has included the Orchestra National d’Îsle-de-France, Oxford Philharmonic, and the London Sinfonietta.
Elizabeth Peat is a Scottish violinist who is currently studying under the guidance of Joshua Fisher. Her chamber music playing has included masterclasses from the Brodsky, Castalian and Barbican Quartets. She frequently plays with the Young Chamber Artists in their concert series at Ardkinglas House, Argyle. She looks forward to joining them on their Germany tour this year. Her orchestral playing has included side-by side opportunities with the English National Ballet and Academy Symphony Orchestra performances under Ryan Wigglesworth and Mark Elder.
