Fort Sill Homegrown & Homemade Sourdough Bagel Making

BYOS (Bring your own sourdough starter) (we will have extra if you don’t), a container for your dough to take home. If you have a stand mixer, a scale, or can contribute some King Arthur flour, please bring those. We will be discussing future meetings as well. The recipe we will be following is already posted, however it will be reduced by 1/4, and all members will be making their own bagel dough using their own sourdough starter.
