FORM YPS x Partners Card

Join us for a special PiYo class led by Charlotte, the owner of FORM YPS and lululemon Ambassador. Powered by lululemon Southlake, this event also supports the Partners Card, benefiting The Family Place, Texas' largest shelter providing safety for survivors of family violence.

Several local businesses will also be on-site to support this fantastic cause, including Refueled to offer post-workout recovery smoothies. Shop, Sweat and Connect with your community for this amazing event!

Please bring your own mat and towel.
