Fascia is a continuous neurological network of connective tissue that adapts to how we move, rest, and experience the world.
Over time, patterns such as stress, injury, posture, and daily habits can influence how this system organizes and supports the body.
In this workshop, we will explore the fascial system through guided movement, breath, and awareness practices.
Together, we’ll look at how the body adapts to both internal and external experiences, and introduce simple maneuvers designed to support mobility, comfort, and overall function.
This workshop is intended to help you better understand your body, explore new patterns of movement, and develop tools to support your own self-care.
