Join Chef Ora and Charcuterie-Nista Mel for Fork, Knife, Life, an interactive cooking and etiquette class series designed to build real-life confidence through food, dining, and hospitality.
Presented by Urban Excellence Enterprise LLC in collaboration with Set Thee Mood, this beginner-friendly series welcomes kids, teens, and adults. No previous cooking experience is required!
Throughout the three-class series, participants will explore:
Chop, Toss, Set — Knife Skills & Table Setting
Build confidence with age-appropriate knife skills and safety while preparing something fresh, then learn the essentials of properly setting a table.
One Pan, No Plan B — One-Pan Cooking & Dining Flow
Learn seasoning, heat control, and how to create a delicious meal in one skillet, followed by practical dining etiquette, including passing dishes, course flow, and reading the table.
Board, Bites & Being a Great Host — Charcuterie & Hosting with Grace
Create a beautiful charcuterie board while learning simple pairing techniques and the art of making guests feel genuinely welcomed.
Each class combines hands-on learning, practical life skills, food, etiquette, and fun in an approachable environment where everyone can feel comfortable learning something new.
