Forge Your Inner Fou Workshop!

As part of Fou Fou Ha!'s 25th Anniversary weekend, we are thrilled to pull back the curtain and bring you deeper into our Founiverse...

In this workshop, you will:

- Learn a simple Fou dance repertoire

- Engage in physicalizing inner parts of you: your mask and counter mask

- Explore inner shadow parts and how to “Fou them up”

- Play within an ensemble to develop your Fou as part of a group

There are only 30 spots open to the public so don't delay!

Please note that this workshop will be recorded for inclusion in a Fou Fou Ha! documentary, and participants will sign a media release form. Thank you for being part of our legacy in this way!
