Participants will:

• Explore the difference between presentation, shadow, and authentic self
• Identify personal "dark shadow" and "golden shadow" traits
• Practice embodying hidden aspects of themselves through movement and play
• Build comfort with vulnerability and relational performance
• Create a final embodied piece or ensemble choreography that integrates multiple aspects of self
