About this Event
About the Experience
Forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku, is the Japanese practice of slowing down, awakening your senses, and immersing yourself in the natural world. Guided by Jenny Harrow-Keeler, a certified nature and forest therapy guide, you’ll be invited into mindful, sensory practices that support relaxation, connection, and healing.
This offering takes forest bathing into a new dimension by weaving in time with the horses at Belos Cavalos. Horses are highly sensitive, intuitive beings who mirror and respond to our presence with profound gentleness and wisdom. Together with the healing presence of trees, land, and sky, this experience invites you to connect with the more-than-human world in a way that is deeply grounding and restorative.
