Forest Bathing for the Healer in You.

Join us on November 1, 2026 at 9:30 AM (Eastern Time) for a special Forest Bathing saunter at Asian Collections Parking. This walk is designed for bodyworkers like massage therapists, reiki practitioners, and yoga instructors, as well as mental health providers including social workers, counselors, life coaches, and forest bathing guides—or anyone on a spiritual journey.

We’ll slow down to a gentle saunter, tuning into our senses and priming our bodies to connect deeply with nature. Expect moments of stillness, sitting, and shared reflections that create a unique, transformative, and therapeutic experience for yourself, others, and your community.
