Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku in Japanese, means soaking in the forest through all of your senses to help you disconnect from the stress of everyday life. Forest bathing is a slow, mindful walk in nature where you immerse yourself in the environment. It is a beautiful meditative experience where your mind quietens and senses are heightened.Each session ends with herbal tea and an opportunity to share experiences. So please bring your own cup and a blanket.
