26th April 2026 marks 25 years to the day since the start of production of MINI at MINI Plant Oxford.We will be gathering at MINI Plant Oxford to celebrate with static displays and the opportunity to take photos of the MINIs between 10 pm and 1 pm. At 1 pm, there will be a road run for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes which will finish back at MINI Plant Oxford.
This is free for all to attend and is part of the Drive It Day celebrations at the Plant - https://fb.me/e/91iqSJrtI.
There will be free refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) for all, and there will be a donation box for MINI Plant Oxford's charity, for those who would like to make a small donation. If you're coming for the day, please bring a packed lunch with you as there isn't anywhere to buy lunch, other than popping down to the Retail Park.
All welcome, even if you are not in a 2001 built MINI.
