The exciting and brilliant French quartet Cosmos Chocolat is touring in the UK and we are very lucky to have them visiting Oxfordshire. These award-winning musicians embody the freshness of a new generation of trad artists.
Drawing on the traditional repertoires of Gascony, Brittany, Poitou, the Basque Country and Central France, their music combines traditional tunes and original compositions through unique arrangements. Diatonic accordian, clarinet, hurdy-gurdy, violin, and boha (bagpipes from Gascony) intertwine with voices to create a soundscape that is both rich and refined.

The line-up is
Lucie Laigle - hurdy gurdy, vocals;
Naël Tripoli - boha, diatonic accordian;
Anaïs Perrinel - violin, vocals;
Gabriel Chiapello -diatonic accordian, clarinet.
