About this Event
Nature has always provided, from the smallest needs to the largest. In this free outdoor mini clinic, clinical herbalist and root worker Lakisha Doyle of Madame Herb teaches you how to look into your own environment and recognize the plants that show up as helpers, in the autumn season.
We gather at STRŌB, then venture out together to spots Lakisha has scouted, where the herbs are already growing. You'll learn how to spot them in their natural settings, how to gather with respect and intention, and how to turn what you find into spiritual baths, a practice long used to keep balance and tend the spirit.
This is a class in spirit hygiene: the everyday care of keeping yourself clear and grounded. You'll leave knowing how to see your surroundings differently and how to bring a simple bath practice home with you.
