About this Event
Filmed in Charlotte, North Carolina, For Your Safety brings together a collective of people in a short film exploring visibility, identity, and the narratives that shape how we see one another. Through original and archival imagery, the film moves between past and present, confronting what is happening around us while reminding us of what has come before.
The screening will be followed by a community talkback, creating space for viewers to reflect, respond, and share their own perspectives on the work and the state of the world around them.
