About this Event
About the event
Each session is an experiential hour of sound, vibration, and silence, with its own rhythm and character. Sounds emerge, overlap, disappear, and sometimes arrive from places you don't expect. Some sounds invite you to lean in, while others seem to envelop you.
No experience, knowledge, faith, or flexibility is required for this shared experience. Most participants choose to lie down, though you're equally welcome to sit or gently stretch. All respectful beings are welcome.
For one hour, the world can wait.
Make Yourself Comfortable
We'll gather in the Auditorium at Multnomah Arts Center, with room to spread out and make yourself at home. The floor is hardwood, so bring a well-padded mat, blankets, pillows, an eye covering—or build yourself a magnificent nest. Zero-gravity chairs are welcome, too.
Or arrive to find your space already waiting.
A limited number of Padded Sanctuary spaces are prepared before each session with a pillow-top mattress, fresh cotton linens, pillows, bolster, and blanket. All that's left for you to do is settle in.
You're welcome to bring water, jewelry, crystals, or another small meaningful object to place near you during the session.
