“Create More. Judge Less. Discover Your Creativity One Page at a Time.”For the Love of Art is a beginner-friendly creative series designed to take the pressure out of making art. Using an art journal as our creative playground, we’ll explore different mediums, techniques, and prompts while learning to trust our own creative instincts.
Each session brings something new to try, from painting and collage to texture, mixed media, and more. There’s no expectation of a perfect finished piece and no “right” way to create. It’s simply time to experiment, play, and discover what you enjoy.
Painted Pages + Torn Botanicals explores watercolor and collage by transforming repurposed book pages into colorful botanical compositions. Students experiment with painting, tearing, layering and arranging paper to create a unique mixed media journal page.
No art experience necessary - just come curious and ready to create, one page at a time.
