About this Event
For the Girlz: Media Day Meetup 📸💕
what connects you to your craft? what makes you, you?
creative girlz, it’s time for media day! 💕
join For the Girlz and All For You for an evening of creativity, portraits, and genuine connection with other women in Detroit’s creative community.
this isn’t your typical media day. we want to capture you and what you create. whether you’re a photographer, designer, filmmaker, stylist, model, artist, writer, musician, marketer, producer, entrepreneur, or somewhere creatively in between, this is your chance to step in front of the camera and show us a little bit of what makes you, you.
the assignment? bring something that represents your craft! 🎨📸🎧📝
bring a camera, sketchbook, laptop, paintbrushes, microphone, instrument, clothing you've designed, styling tools, your work, or any physical item that connects you to what you create. get creative with it — we want your personality to come through!
throughout the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to get your portrait taken, meet and connect with other creative women, learn about what everyone else does, and leave with some new connections (and some cute pictures, of course 🙂↕️).
