Everyone is invited to the AGM on Monday 16th November, in the school hall at 7pm The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key date in the FOPPS calendar, giving members a chance to review the past year and vote in a new committee.
Anyone involved in the school can come along. Whether you’re a parent or guardian, teacher, member of staff, grandparent… if you’re a friend of the school you are welcome.
We’ll be talking about the activities we’ve done over the last year, the money we’ve raised, what it’s been spent on (and what it’s going to be spent on), an overview of the accounts and what our plans are for the coming year.
We’ll also be putting in place a committee for the coming year, and we’d love anyone who fancies being involved with the PTA to come along and become a member of our committee.
The meeting will start promptly at 7pm (so feel free to arrive 5-10 mins early to get yourself a cuppa and a seat!).
Please do let us know if you plan to come in the comments or via a message if you prefer - it gives us an idea of how many chairs to put out, and how many biscuits we’ll need!
